We are looking to recruit a Social Media Content Manager to join our growing in-house social media team. Working alongside our Social Media Strategists and Paid Experts and reporting to our Digital Strategy Director, you will be responsible for the social media content production and implementation for our clients and the Agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a creative flair for social media content
  • Develop, pitch and drive buy in for creative direction that will achieve results
  • Full responsibility to produce the monthly content for our social media clients
  • A need to understand the client, their target market, and their industry
  • Monitoring, listening, responding, and identifying trends on social media channels and recommending any necessary changes to the overall social plan
  • Active role in community management –monitoring and where necessary responding to inbound DMs, contributing to conversations on social that are important to our clients
  • Proactively ensuring that monthly influencers and brand collaborations are lined up
  • Assisting with monthly reports on social media activity
  • Helping drive new business opportunities including identifying opportunities and contribution to pitches with paid and organic social requirements

Key skills and experience

  • Strong Adobe Creative suite skills and comfortable producing images, graphics, GIFs, animation and editing photography
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience of identifying target audiences and devising engaging social media campaigns
  • Agency experience is desirable
  • Proven ability to work efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to deadlines
  • A passion for all things social
  • Comfortable using social content scheduling tools such as Loomly and Falcon
  • General knowledge of the wider digital marketing landscape, e.g. PPC, SEO and Digital PR
  • The ability to manage and delegate tasks to optimise your time
  • A desire to embrace the principles way of working; having the hunger to learn more, expand skills and get involved in all areas of brand and marketing by embracing new challenges and being prepared to step outside of your lane.

  • Salary based on experience
  • Dedicated training plan with a £250 budget to be spent how you wish
