Voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement

We oppose slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement sets out the steps we have taken in to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or in our supply chains.
About Us

We are a small people focused business providing brand communications for national clients.

Our annual turnover is under £36 million. Although we are not required to make a modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act.2015, we are making this voluntary statement to show our commitment to ethical trading principles and to set out the steps we are taking to identify risks and tackle modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains.

Our supply chains mainly consist of the following: UK printers, photographers, media owners and creative freelancers.

Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any if our supply chains.

We are also committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same high standards for all of our contractors, suppliers and other business partners, and as part of our contracting processes, we include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, or anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, and we expect that our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide training to our staff.

This voluntary slavery and human trafficking statement is made for the financial year ending 31st January 2023. It was approved by the board 1st February 2022.
