Ben Norman has rejoined our team agency as Strategy Director after almost a year away at Finn as Senior Account Director.

He brings a decade of retail and FMCG experience across every aspect of the integrated mix, having worked in Leeds and London with brands including Halfords, Asda, Seabrook Crisps, Astonish Cleaners and GHD.

Ben said: ‘It feels great to be home and I’m excited to get stuck back in, I’ve always admired Principles. They have an impressive and varied client mix, an effective creative approach and a fantastic mix of youth and experience. This is a huge opportunity for me to help shape one of the great northern agencies for further growth.’
