We’ve recently announced a move towards a 4:1 working week, to bring positive balance into the lives of everyone at Principles, whilst anticipating huge consequential benefits to the business and each of our clients.
But this alone doesn’t constitute a commitment to making a difference, instead we’re constantly looking for further ways to solidify our impact inside and outside of the business.
This in mind, we’ve made 2 further commitments in the past few weeks; the first being to gain accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation which ensures every employee is paid, at the very least, a ‘real living wage’.
Beyond the agency walls, we’ve also become members of the Leeds Community Foundation, an incredible charity aiming to create positive change with the communities that need it most, by investing funding and expertise to build a better future right now across our region.
