As households increase their water consumption during the summer period, maintaining water levels to service customers across the South East becomes problematic. Our task? Develop a distinctive seasonal campaign to drive awareness and encourage the South East Water audience to use water responsibly during hotter months.
The Approach
Tackle the impact of water wastage head on and create a consumer facing campaign that calls out irresponsible behaviour and encourages customers to think twice about keeping the tap running. Developing honest and engaging content narratives that are scalable depending on the water level severity, we armed South East Water with a campaign toolkit that enabled them to speak directly to their audience and positively influence behaviour to ensure everyone ‘did their bit’ this summer and kept the water flowing for everyone.
