We are now officially accredited under the 4 Day Week Campaign’s accreditation scheme, showing we are a fully pledged participant of a 4-day-week. We work four days a week, with no extra hours added in anywhere to make up for this.

“We’re immensely proud we’ve been able to do this. Our driver was less about productivity and more about providing the best work/life balance for everyone. We split the working week with some people working Monday to Thursday and others Tuesday to Friday ensuring the Agency is always open.
