This nomination means a lot to us. Three years ago, we made a bold decision to do things differently, to challenge traditional ways of working and redefine what a healthy work–life balance truly looks like. What started as a “what if?” conversation around the table has since transformed our culture, our results, and the way we think about work.
Our approach? It’s simple but powerful: put people first.
From a unique four-day working week for full pay to our ongoing investment in wellbeing, fair pay, and a connected, in-office culture, we’ve built an environment that values time, trust, and teamwork. The results have spoken for themselves, not only in performance but in the smiles (and the return!) of our incredible team.
In the past year alone, we’ve:
- Achieved our most profitable year to date,
 - Seen a 400% year-on-year improvement in our bottom line, and
 - Maintained a team retention rate five times better than the industry average.
 
Our culture of trust, transparency, and creativity continues to drive everything we do and being recognised for that by the Yorkshire Post Business Awards is something we’re extremely proud of.
